Objective:
To lay down a procedure to describe Cleaning of Sampling Area of Raw Material and Packing Material.

Scope:
Applicable to Sampling Area.

Responsibility:

House Keeping Person : Cleaning of sampling area.

Analyst Quality Control : To ensure the cleaning and documented.

Accountability:
Head  - Quality Control

Cleaning Of Sampling Area

Procedure:

Floor Cleaning

1. Clean the floor with nylon broom at the end of each shift.
2. Mop the floor 2.5% dettol solution / Savlon Solution.

Note: (Prepare by diluting 25 ml of dettol / Savlon solution to1000 ml with  purified water.) 

Cleaning of Doors, Windows, Table and glass panels.

1. Clean doors, windows , Table and glass panels twice a month.
2. Mop with 2.5% dettol solution / Savlon Solution.(Prepare by diluting 25 ml of dettol / Savlon solution to1000 ml  with  purified water.)
3. Mop with dry mop.

Cleaning of Ceiling

1. Clean ceiling with broom twice a month.

Note : Document the cleaning of sampling area in format (FM/QA-001) Equipment Sequential log.
